Offa’s Dyke

Lovely review from Belgium.

“I walked half of Offa’s Dyke Path, Knighton to Chepstow (7 walking days). Perfect organisation of my tailor-made holiday with luggage transfer. Detailed maps and roadbook provided. Plus extra explanation guiding you smoothly from the path to your accomodation and vice versa. The friendly people from the Anglesey Walking Holidays even contacted me during my trip to check whether everything was OK! Lovely walking and great views, I’m sure to come back. “

Meirionnydd Coast Path

Lovely review from 4 ladies who walked from Porthmadog to Machynlleth a few weeks ago.

Wonderful Welsh walking holiday – Meirionnydd/Ceredigion Coastal Path”

Our holiday was fabulous and once again, I would totally recommend Anglesey Walking Holidays without hesitation. This is our fifth walking holiday with Anglesey Walking Holidays and, as ever, Gillian and Eurwyn made everything so easy for us and really looked after us well – from planning our walks, arranging our accommodation, transporting our luggage, and even transporting us to and from the railway station, We really enjoyed our holiday, walking through wonderful Welsh scenery knowing that we had lovely accommodation waiting for us at the end of each day. We are booking again for September – our sixth holiday with Gillian and Eurwyn – thank you so much for ensuring we have such a great experience!

Trip Advisor Review Offa’s Dyke

Offa’s Dyke

Our latest review by a group who walked OFFA’S DYKE PATH in April 2015.

“We are a party of 5 walking pals aged well over 60, and this was our walk of the

Offa's Dyke Path

Offa’s Dyke National Trail

second half of Offa’s Dyke from Chepstow to Knighton, brilliantly organised by Eurwyn & Gillian of Anglesey Walking holidays (as was the first half last year from Prestatyn to Knighton) This was our fourth walking holiday organised by them, and they just get better. Eurwyn & Gillian listen carefully to our requirements and plan the holiday exactly to our needs with regard to daily walking distances etc. The quality of accommodation is excellent and they obviously take great care when selecting them.
We also found that all of the B & B’s have great regard and respect for our organisers!
We are already organising next year’s trip with Eurwyn & Gillian and can’t thank them enough. “

“Four Anglesey” by Anthony Garratt

Two of our walkers at Lligwy Beach on the east coast of Anglesey admiring the artwork of Anthony Garratt.

Four Anglesey Exhibition

There are four paintings in total, one at Pemon Point, one at Rhoscolyn and one at Brynsiencyn, all on the Anglesey Coastal Path.

They will be left to brave the elements until October 2015.

Anglesey sight-seeing tour

Eurwyn off today on a guided tour of Anglesey with a couple of American tourists staying at the charming town of Beaumaris.  Don’t want to do much walking, but are interested in standing stones and copper mines!
