Day 1 Own arrival to Penclawdd
Day 2 Penclawdd to Llanmadoc 9 miles/14.4 km Oystercatchers, redshank and sandpipers are on the list of things to see as you walk along this low-level section. The path keeps close to the vast open salt marsh which is part of this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
Day 3 Llanmadoc to Hillend/Llangennith 8 miles/ 12.8km A dramatic and varied section of the North Gower Coast, combining dunes, marshland, cliffs and forests. The rusting Victorian lighthouse at Whitford Point is accessible at low tide, as well as the small island of Burry Holmes.
Day 4 Hillend/Llangennith to Port Eynon 9.4 miles/15.3km After an overnight stop at one of Gower’s quaint villages, Llangennith, head for Rhossili Beach. Once again, tide permitting, cross over the promontory of Worms Head. Experience the finest coastal walking in the UK as the limestone cliffs and formations lead to the stunning beach and village of Port Eynon.
Day 5 Port Eynon to Pennard/Southgate 9.4 miles/ 15.3km The trail continues close to the sea below limestone cliffs to Oxwich National Nature Reserve. Look out for choughs on the dunes and sandy beaches leading to the fascinating Three Cliffs Bay. Three Cliffs Bay was named in the top 20 beaches in Europe for 2018. The day ends at the welcoming café at Pennard Stores.
Day 6 Southgate to Mumbles 7.5 miles/12 km Rugged coastal scenery as you pass through the various bays – Pwll Du Bay, Brandy Cove, Casswell Bay, Langland Bay and finally Mumbles with its lighthouse and pier. Fascinating names, each with its own history and some supernatural legends.

For solo walkers walking on their own, there will be an added charge of £35 per night.
For those walking with others, but wanting a single occupancy, there will be a single supplement charge from £20 per night.
